Order Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled prior to our weekly order cutoff. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Refunds & Replacements
If there is an issue with your order, such as:

- Incorrect items
- Damaged packaging
- Quality concerns

We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Delivery Issues
To maintain food safety, customers are responsible for promptly retrieving their delivery upon notification of delivery. We are not able to offer refunds for orders that are left unattended beyond a reasonable period after delivery.
